FTC Disclosure

On December 1, 2009, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) updated their guide concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in Advertising. Most notably, these regulations apply to website owners who receive payments for endorsements and to those who accept free or discounted products and services.
